Free Retry or Service Fees Refund

We offer two options to our clients: a free retry of the challenge or a full refund of the service fees. Clients can choose either option based on their preference. If your challenge account fails due to breaching any trading rules, we will either retry the challenge at no additional cost or refund your service fees in full.

Refund Conditions

• ✓ We refund the service fees only if the challenge account fails for breaching any trading rules.
• ✓ We do not refund if the prop firm itself is a scam or engages in fraudulent practices.
• ✓ Refund processing time is 7-10 business days from the date of request.
• ✓ The refund applies to service fees only, not the prop firm challenge fee paid to the firm.
• ✓ Clients must provide evidence of the account failure and rule breach.

Non-Refundable Terms

• ✗ Service fees are non-refundable if the client provides incorrect account credentials.
• ✗ No refund if the prop firm is identified as a scam operation.
• ✗ No refund for changes of mind after the service has commenced.
• ✗ Management service fees are non-refundable once the account is actively being managed.
